Basic
- Chicken - 250 gms (shredded as in the images below)
- Capsicum - 4 (with the head cut off)
- Onion - 2 chopped
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Ginger - 1/4 inch (cut into small pieces)
- Garlic - 6 pods
- Green Chilies - 3 (cut into small circles)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Mozarella Cheese - 200 gms
Powders
- Salt to taste
- Pepper - 1.5 tsp
- Coriander powder - 0.5 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
If you don't have an oven, then fry the headless capsicums in some oil thoroughly before preparing the chicken masala in the same kadai.
