    3 Step Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Capsicum

    This gourmet appetizer is sure to cost you a bomb in some fancy-ass restaurant. Why go through the hassle of dressing up well, order, wait for it to appear and finally empty your pockets when you could make the same dish at home for a fraction of the price? All while you look like a zombie in your easy breezy pajamas and over-sized shirt!

    Basic

    • Chicken - 250 gms (shredded as in the images below)
    • Capsicum - 4 (with the head cut off)
    • Onion - 2 chopped
    • Tomato - 2 chopped
    • Ginger - 1/4 inch (cut into small pieces)
    • Garlic - 6 pods
    • Green Chilies - 3 (cut into small circles)
    • Oil - 2 tbsp
    • Mozarella Cheese - 200 gms

    Powders

    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper - 1.5 tsp
    • Coriander powder - 0.5 tsp
    • Chaat masala - 1 tsp

    Magic Begins Here

    1. Start off with pre-heating the oven to 180°C. Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp oil in your kadai . To this, add garlic, ginger, green chilly, onion and tomato. Cook well for 5 minutes. Add chicken and the powders and cook till chicken is done.
    2. Fill the capsicums with alternate layers of cheese and the chicken masala prepared.
    3. Bake for 20 minutes! Enjoy!

    If you don't have an oven, then fry the headless capsicums in some oil thoroughly before preparing the chicken masala in the same kadai.
